Biografía del autor
Alicia Acosta is a professional storyteller from Andalusia (Spain). She works with groups of children in schools and combines her work with her background as a psychologist to promote the love of reading among the little ones. She is also a radio anchor and organizes theater workshops. Little Captain Jack was a finalist for the International Latino Book Award in the Best Children's Fiction Picture Book in English.

Cecilia is a restless creator. She was born in Madrid and, since she was a little girl, she has been interested in giving color to things. For this reason, when she grew up, she studied Fine Arts and decided to focus on illustration. She likes simplicity andcolors that convey joy and serenity. She has worked with a large number of publishers, both national and international. Among others, she has been selected in several exhibitions, including ILUSTRARTE 2016, The Golden Pinwheel Young Illustrators and the CICLA Illustration Exhibition of Chen Bochui International Children's Literature Award. She has also won the Miami Cuatrogatos Award twice.
