Presents the concepts, methodologies, and tools of Lean and Six Sigma for IT projects. This work explains how IT governance frameworks such as COBIT and ITIL serve as a departure point rather than a destination. It also describes how Lean and Six Sigma can be used together to move the mean and reduce variability around the mean.
