This classic school text book, first published in 1939 contains a 1000 word vocabulary covering all the words that a beginning student of ancient Greek will need to know. Interrogative, Relative and Demonstrative Adverbs and Pronouns, Prepositions, Particles, Conjunctions and Numerals have been excluded from the main vocabulary and grouped together at the end of the book, where there is also a table of the Principal Parts or Irregular Verbs.
