The True to Life videos are designed to be used alongside the True to Life course or any other course at a similar level. Each video contains eight documentary sequences of between four and nine minutes and is accompanied by a full colour Activity Book.

True to Life videos:

* are international in flavour with sequences in the UK, Europe, the USA, and Africa

* explore a wide variety of issues and topics of interest to adults

* show authentic English spoken in a variety of real situations

* offer intrinsically interesting television which will appeal to an international audience

* contain original and entertaining 'video diaries'
